Easter Fun

Well Ellie LOVED Easter this year. Over the past two weeks we have done five egg hunts and she really got into it. We even have hidden the empty eggs just for her to find. Here are some pics of our hunts.

My sister Maggie taught Ellie the 5 little monkeys jumping on the bed and now she wants to do it all the time. Her and Jayce wanted to do it today. and yes we let them jump on the bed! It is fun and we are fun! LOL

Jess went to Cedar Rapids last week on business and Ellie and I decided to tag along instead of being without daddy all week. We had a good time and it was great just being in a different atmosphere besides home.

Oddly enough ellie wanted nothing to do with the pool. I was a fish when I was younger so I have no idea what the deal was but now she even freaks out for a bath, which she LOVED before hand. Weird. anyway here is some of the pics from our getaway!

We have been working on learning all sorts of things and we pretty much have shapes down (rectangle still needs work) It amazes me how quick she can learn!

My mom brought an Easter surprise to Ellie last week. Ellie is infatuated with ducks and so we now have 2 baby ducks at our house til they get big and then they are goign to grandmas to hang out with Jack the donkey and bob and tom the goats! We have yet to name them so if you have great ideas please share!

My Brother In Law

If any of you are interested in Ultimate Fighting my Brother in law is fighting in corpus christi tonight for the WEC. it is his first big show fight and they say he is the underdog but we are pulling for him of course. it is on the versus channel at 8pm CST. His name is Chris Mickle aka the Mad Dog.
